Booking an Appointment?

To book an appointment Contact Us. If you are a new patient you will be asked to provide your full name, telephone number, email address, postal code, date of birth, and credit card number (including expiry date) to reserve your appointment time. New patients will be charged a $50 consultation fee at the time of booking, which will be applied to the cost of treatment. For your first visit, you may elect to use your appointment time to have a consultation only, or alternatively, to have a consultation and treatment.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

You will receive an appointment confirmation via email at least several days in advance of your appointment, followed by a reminder email two days prior to your appointment. We will then attempt to reach out again to any patients who have not confirmed their appointment, via email and then if that fails, via phone. If we don’t hear back from you at least 2 full business days prior to your appointment, your appointment slot may be given away. You will be notified by phone and/or email that we have had to release your spot. The appointment reminders are a courtesy, and we are not responsible should you forget your appointment or mix up the time.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for a 10-minute grace period. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, however our ability to do this depends on your nurse injector’s schedule. In some situations, we may be able to customize your treatment to fit the remaining appointment time, while in other situations, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & “No-Shows”

We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary, however, to accommodate our other patients, we require 2 full business days’ notice. For new patients, if we receive less than 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, the $50 consultation fee will be forfeited. Re-scheduling an appointment will then cost an additional $50.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & “No-Shows”

Please do not bring children under 12 years of age to the clinic. Our facility is not childproof and we do not provide supervision. Children pose a safety concern and we would like to ensure that we can give you our undivided attention during your treatment.
